What is Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital telemedicine service
Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital telemedicine service presently allows you to book an appointment with a physician of your choice for consultation. Appointments booking by using online appointment booking or by calling our call center.
How do I make my appointment?
You can make a telemedicine consultation appointment with your doctor of choice either by contacting the Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital customer call center on 60055005 or through our website. After booking, you will receive a confirmation SMS which will contain a link Of Terms
& conditions and consent form.
How long will the consultation last?
The consultation will last approximately 15 minutes Insurance co-payment will be applicable as per your insurance policy. Payment, where required, can be made by credit or debit card before your consultation via an online link which will be sent to you by SMS. No card details will be kept or stored by Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital.
Telemedicine Patient Consent
Before your first teleconsultation with a Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital doctor via the MS teams’ platform, you will need to complete the Telemedicine Patient Consent form, link sent via SMS.
