Admission / Referral

Step 1:  Hospital will be contacted by e-mail address info@rhalsalam.ae  or by phone 022032300

Step 2:  Family consent for release of information and for assessment will be obtained

Step 3:  Medical report to be sent to Al Salam Specialized Hospital at info@rhalsalam.ae

Step 4:  Initial assessment will be done and verified

Step 5:  Hospital Agreement and Thiqa preauthorization to be signed by the patient / legal guardian

Step 6:  Transfer process will be followed
